"Apples and Cherries"

Now and then, we have to face some challenges. For about month, I had problems with my right shoulder. It gives me a lot of pain and gradually frozen up. So I have to practising painting with my left hand. This painting and the previous one contain many my left hand strokes. As matter of fact, It is not that hard to paint left handed if you have a loose style.

Qiang, sorry to hear about the shoulder. You do get some nice dimensionality in your paintings. Even with the left arm.

Hope you eventually resolve the shoulder problem. I can't spot any left handed strokes...good work! Great painting.

WOW! Right hand. Left hand. You are great no matter which hand you are using.

I hope your shoulder gets better soon.

I'm sorry --- I know how painful frozen shoulder can be. I can't believe you painted this left-handed. Simply beautiful.

Hope you feel better soon. Like the use of repetitive use of apples and cherries.

I know what you're going through with a frozen shoulder. Start putting ice on it. Maybe I should try painting with my left hand, might loosen me up. Hope you feel better soon. Barb

I really like this painting. It seems like your tightening up your style a bit. I am a fellow Daily Painter. and I was wondering if you'd be interested in exchanging links?

That shoulder pain is familiar to me too. I changed my easel position and made it more upright, not so slanting, and that seemed to help.
Also I changed my attitude. I switched to a more 'who cares?' position and it helped me relax.
