"Silence" --- Sold

This painting has almost no color. I was concentrating on the value and edges. It gives a meditative feeling. When the mind is quieted down, the subtleness of the world will reveal.

I really like this one. You've done it so well. I watched your video the other day, and have seen how you put up a painting. I watched it over and over again. You are so talented.

Stunning. Amazingly subtle yet intense.

Has a very Zen like quailty, beautiful lightning effect.

The treatment of the many subtle lighting effects (highlight, cast reflections and shadows) on the center pot are wonderful.
I'm experimenting with the effects of color saturation as your paintings so skillfully demonstrate.

Subtle, muted color does make a strong statement by itself or as a foil for a saturated accent. Thanks for the tip.
