"Blue Reflection" --- Sold

I am not so good at giving titles of my paintings. As the continuation of my colors in shadow experiment, I tested introducing blue into my reflection. I know red and orange are good eye catching colors, but I want to see if other colors can do the same or similar. I know the objects in this painting are difficult to be related. However, they are simply color manipulators to me.

The ceramic pot is a portrait in itself..the other items give tension and balance, of course, my eye only wants the awesomeness of the pot, which is probably the reason for the other two items to force me to bounce back to it! Love it..

I admire all the experimenting you are doing. Love all the reflections on the pot. You are such a good and giving teacher even through your blog.

Thank you for sharing your paintings and for inviting us to join you in your journey. Your work is beautiful. May I ask you to one day consider painting a blue object sitting on a slab of Texas limestone? Thank you again for the blessing you are to us.
