This is another demo I did at the workshop. I got a nice secondary light source from a winder on the right. The cooler light made this painting with a morning freshness. I did most of my paintings in evenings under artificial lights. So, I really enjoyed having this natural light shining on my setup.Wednesday, November 5, 2008

This is another demo I did at the workshop. I got a nice secondary light source from a winder on the right. The cooler light made this painting with a morning freshness. I think this is my favorite rose painting on this blog. The flower is articulated just enough, and the light on the cup is so soft!
This is so beautiful! The rose and leaves really pop.
Beautiful I especially like the edges on the little cup in the background!
