Finally, I have a small painting to post. I did this 5x7 last night. The Valentine's Day is coming soon, so I decided to do several red rose paintings. This is the first one. I hope I will do better than before.

    So lovely- the flower has your typical loose brushwork, yet seems to have so much detail! I think it's that balance of your painterly style, which can be so abstract, with the seeming result of realistic detail, is the true magic of your ability.
