"Portrait study"

Last night I went to a live painting session organized by my friend Eric. The model had some problem and couldn't come. Eric's mother sit for us. Although she hadn't modeled before, she did a wonderful job. I did this oil sketch. I love to paint human, and I am confident I can do well. I just need to do more to get more experienced.

  3. Très jolie portrait au regard profond... J'aime aussi la manière que vous avez travaillé votre fond... Les couleurs dansent bien ensemble.

  5. Love the looseness of this. You did well defining the features and at the same time gave it so much interest and character with your brushwork.
