And the design is lyrical. And to address your thoughts, Lawrence, I happen to be drawn more to the neutral/dark paintings of the masters than to modern colors. So manybe that is why I am drawn more to the more subtle paintings that use neutrals in a masterful way to build to the more saturated (in color) focal areas. I suppose we are all drawn to different color "moods." Qiang, I look so forward to participating in one of your workshops, but I am concerned that your life is so stressful. Please remember to "smell the roses."silentwitnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06629894367573551572noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7136908675776802633.post-73652680734915228822010-01-18T17:35:53.997-06:002010-01-18T17:35:53.997-06:00Quang-

I think your workshop with Sheri Magraw has turned your work around. I find that their paintings are beautiful but have an almost dark and depressing feel to them. Too many darks and dark backgrounds for me. What do you think? Has anyone else noticed the change in your work?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16778347817459159205noreply@blogger.com
