Da O, a fishing village in Hong Kong

At this moment I am sitting at a “Wong Bar” (Internet cafĂ©) in Beijing and sending this message to you.

I was in Hong Kong. two days ago. This photo shows a small fishing village called Da O. It is an ideal place for plein air. I wish I had my painter box with me.

"Father's Portrait"

This is a portrait I did for my father. He is 80 years old and he lives in China. Recently he is not well. So I will go and see him. My trip will begin next week and I plan to be back in the middle of June. I am not sure if I can paint there and how easy to access the Internet, but I will try my best to keep you posted.
