This is my first try of painting lily, and i experimentally used purple color for the dark side of the flower. This color is rather mental than realistic.
Qiang, this is truly beautiful and your paintings have so much power and movement. Is this painted on unprimed linen? I love the look of the raw linen unpainted. How do you do that? Carol
My name is pronounced as Chong Wong and I came from China and live in Texas now. I have been painting for many years. Starting from January 2007, I have been generating one painting every weekday, and weekend sometimes. Please enjoy my blog. If you like my work, I would like to thank you, because we have communicated visually and shared a common concept about the world. If you do not like my work, I would also like to thank you, because you have just found room of improvement for me. So please do not hesitate to let me know. I really hope my painting can bring you more happiness today, no matter how small it is.

This is excellent! Once again you've captured that great feel of light. You're so good at it. Barb
Qiang, it's beautiful!
The shadow colors are very rich and vibrant. The white is crisp and your edges are incredible. You ROCK!
Hey Qiang
You get a lot of power into this postcard size work - very interesting and inspirational
