- My name is pronounced as Chong Wong and I came from China and live in Texas now. I have been painting for many years. Starting from January 2007, I have been generating one painting every weekday, and weekend sometimes. Please enjoy my blog. I like still life compositions with the light and a shadow coming from the left since it gives a good contrast for your objects. This higher view point is interesting and emphasizes the roundness of the pots.
It is good to change things up, but I feel like still life has less drama when viewed from above.
Wow, your paintings are amazing! Painting isn't my forte, so I can't really give any in-depth critique. Looks really amazing, though :)
